Semi-automatic sealing machines are ideal for sealing Virgin and laminated pouches. Presettable Digital temperature controller is used to monitor the temperature for different types of pouch material. Sealing is achieved by heat conducted through Teflon coated gripper belts for continuous Band sealers. The hot Gripper belts carry the pouch and cause localize melting of pouch material. and subsequent sealing by metallic and rubber pressure roller. The pouch carrying conveyor and gripper belts are driven by common drive resulting in synchronous movements of pouches.


They are quite easy to operate and highly demanded for their robust construction, consistency and long lasting nature.

For bro offers state of the art Induction sealing machine model AIS-100 for pharmaceutical, chemical and food and healthcare industry.

Induction sealing machines increases the self life of the product by providing the air tight and water proof sealing on the periphery of the bottle/jars.

On the processing line Bottles/Jar are first filled with the product and then the plastic cap containing an aluminium foil liner is put on the jar which is then passed though the electromegnatic chembut via a conveyorised system.

The induction sealer transmits electromagnetic energy to the foil liner, generating hear and seals the foil around the periphery of the jar.
