Foil Sealer
Foil sealers are used to pack weightmetric and volumetric components. It has a capacity to fill 50 to 500gms of component with a speed of 25 fills per minute, however there are few adjustments which needs to be make on the machinery depending upon the product, package size and the mode of packing. It has a high accuracy rate of +- 2% avg. at constant powder level in hopper and consistency of product bulk density. An electronic controller with photoelectric sensor is used which is of 2H.P.
It is used for higher pack sizes as automatic in-feed and off-take conveyor is there. |
