This system uses pre-printed laminate roll pouches maintained under just the correct temperature and pressure control, to ensure the perfect packaging of a product. All these systems are reliable, user friendly, have high performance and easy change over of pack size and output control.

We offer Powder Filling System that comprises various machines that are capable of packing powder, granular products, liquids and pastes mainly in small size unit packs. These machines are provided with different dozing heads that make them capable of handling products of different physical features. The dozing heads used are Auger Filler, Cup Filler, Paste Filler, Liquid Filler Pump and Table counter.

 

Moreover, these machines pack the products into three or four side sealed or pillow type pouches from pre-printed laminate roll and can form continuous chain or individual packets.
