For-Bro make Ribbon belnder is a state of the art blending machine for mixing of dry granules & powders.Blenders are highly suitable for pharmaceutical, food ,Chemical, Spice/Masala industries. Powder is fed in the blender from the top and seperate discharge nozel at the bottom of the blending cone/body helps to take out materia or fed directly to the mechenical/vibro sifter. In Ribbon Blender the powder moves from center to the end of container and end of container to the center of container. For-Bro make Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid from solid. Vibro Sifter consists of Specially Designed Motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the Screen. The Screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weights.  

The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw. causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane. Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplifies the vibration.

This is done by applying high levels of hydraulic shear to the process liquid. It is frequently used to increase the stability of suspensions and emulsions. Particle size reduction can be done to 5 to 10 microns and the capacity is to handle 800Kgs/hour.

In a colloidal mill, a rotor and a stator are present. Rotor rotates and the stator is stantionary.Size reduction takes place when the liquid comes in between the gap present between rotor and the stator

Product is fed to the operating area of rotor, having a speed of 3000 rpm by specially designed feed device. The product is processed by high shear, pressures & friction between the stator & rotor, & is also subjected to intensive vibration which exerts their force on it by means of pressing & releasing actions. due to the slightly deviating tapering of the milling surfaces of stator & rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharge section.
