Microdozer

For-Bro make specialised semi-automatic auger filler machines for filling small quantity of powders. The machines are better known as Microdozers.

It is a combination of powder feeding and filling system. Powder filling machine discharges pre-set amount of poders in bottle or pouch at a predefined interval. When the poder level in the discharge hopper goes below a certain defined level, actuator will feed poder from the material storage hopper automatically. This helps to increase a filling accuracy by maintaining continous poder levels.

These machines are suitable for pharmaceuticals for filling dry syrup poders, chemicals, formulations, milk based products etc.

Easy to install and maintain, these can be availed in different specifications to suit the diverse requirements of clients.

Microdoser can be combined with bottle filling line for complete touch free operations.

Microdoser

Microdozer are the semi automatic filling machines from the family of Auger fillers. Microdoser machines are designed for filling very small quantity of powders in pouches or bottles.

Microdoser machines consists of 3 components namely
a) Auger filler machine
b) Storage hopper
3) Powder feeding mechansim/Screw feeder

Machine operated on Principle of Positive displacement of screw operating under constant powder head. Almost constant powder level is maintained in the Auger filler hopper through the Level controller which actuates the feeder to replenish the powder in the dozing hopper from the storage hopper when it goes down from pre-defined level.
