Automatic Packing Lines

For Bro Automatic Powder filling line model PFC-30 is designed and developed for filling free flowing as well as non free flowing powders into bottles/rigid containers/Tins.

The line consists of 4 components namely
a) Turn table OR Rotary table for feeding empty bottles
b) Bottle conveyor for transferring the bottles/Containers
c) Dozing unit - Auger filler/Volumetric filler
d) Indexing system and Control.

The machine is desinged to handle a wide range of products and pack sizes starting from 10gms to 1000gms. High speed and accuracy can be achieved by using proper change parts as per the product and pack sizes.

The machine is provided with 600mm dia built in turn table and bottle conveyor for bollte/jar movement. Unique bottle lifting arrangement ensures spillage free filling avoiding dusting and ensuring hygienic operation.

The dozing unit , Auger filler is provided with electromagnetic clutch/brake unit and electronic counter with photoelectric sensor for providing the desirable product out put. Dozing speed of the machine is synchronised with the bottle feeding conveyor for high speed filling. Servo mechanism / Twin head model/ Microdozers/Cup filler as filling machine can be provided as a dozing unit.

Positive pneumatic indexing mechanism and no bottle- no fill arrangement are the standard features of the machine. Low power consumption of total 1.33 h.P. Make machine highly efficient in all type of environment.

The machine can give upto 30-60 discharges per minute depending upon product and packsize and dozing model. Complete GMP Model with s.S. 316/304 contact parts are available on request.

The line consists of 3 components namely

a) Load cell based Auger filler
b) Continous band sealer
 

The machine is desinged to handle a wide range of products and pack sizes starting from 10gms to 1000gms. High speed and accuracy can be achieved by using proper change parts as per the product and pack sizes. Load cell based controls gives the accurate filling on weight basis.

The machine can give upto 20-25 discharges per minute depending upon product and packsize. Complete GMP Model with s.S. 316/304 contact parts are available on request.
